What is it about this CVS Pharmacy that leads to the employees being rude? Twice this year I’ve experienced surprisingly bad attitude from this pharmacy’s staff. It’s unnecessary, you are in a service position. Try a little kindness and patience. And if you hate your job, get another one, don’t take it out on us.

The pharmacy staff is so rude. You can be so sweet to them and they are still rude! I understand underpaid and understaffed may be the issue but you can’t even get a simple answer without hostility. This is the closest place to my apartment but I will be going to walmart for now on. They are a little less mean.

The pharmacy employees frequently say that the drive thru is broken so they don’t have to service it. When you’re truly sick and needing a prescription, sometimes going in and being around others is not only an inconvenience but puts people at risk. I will find another pharmacy.

I lost my receipt, so, unfortunately I can't leave a review provided there. I changed to CVS from Walgreens about 6 months ago & it turned out to be THE BEST decision I've made in a very long time. Even though I can tell that they are short-staffed & working their tail feathers off, they still go out of their way to take great care of you. Thank you all for what you do...it hasn't gone unnoticed.

The whole pharmacy staff was very rude to my 7 months pregnant daughter and her doctor. Her doctor sent her prescription 5 days before we got there and they said they never received the prescription that's the reason why the doctor had to call. To tell the pharmacist that she sent it days ago. She was trying to see why wasn't it filled. they was so very rude to the doctor They hung up on a doctor they said she had to leave a message they was rude to my daughter and said the rx was not there So the doctor called left a message . Oh my goodness they were so rude I wanted to call corporate and the police. I see why they have low score. I told my daughter switch to a different pharmacy.
