John Wall5 StarI came in on a Friday around 1 needing to print some electrical permits to post on my home. Upon walking in, I was quickly greeted by D, the associate running the register at the time. D was able to quickly point me in the direction of the print services. When I encountered an issue using the printing kiosk, D immediately provided a solution and suggested I use the CVS website to submit the permits for printing, which worked very well. Shout out to D, you were running that store like a champ while I was there.Monday 17th June 2024
john danon reese4 StarMy local CVS (store#7778/ Decatur, GA.) is convenient and quick as far as, grab n go. There are usually sale items to check out if I have the time. The best part of the store are the Team Members who multi-task with efficiency and patience. -jdrThursday 20th June 2024
Jasmine Thomas1 StarThis pharmacist has the worse staff I have ever encountered. The young ladies that work here have very nasty attitudes they don’t greet you nor do they say anything to you at the end they throw your prescriptions in the shoot and then walk away. This has happened several times. You would think knowing that they are dealing with sick ppl and children that they would provide customer service and care but they do not . It’s sad especially coming from blsck women I expect better. Like honestly who raised them. This location will be a last result.Thursday 21st March 2024
Mohdnaser Mohdzaher1 StarMy wife and two kids we were visited because my wife recommended by Dr to receive vaccination but at the pharmacy the old lady named Anne the pharmacist was very disappointed me she was very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude …. I don’t know what kind word to say she treated us very poorly I felt she is working their by forcing her … when Clints / costumers visiting pharmacies they really need help staff should be mindful of their behavior I was very polite and respectful to her but she didn’t want to help me.
I kindly requesting leadership of this CVS to assist/ warn or provide training how to support patients that lady Anne pharmacist.
Lastly we are all human we need to be kind to each other’s help each other specially when someone visit pharmacy with two little kids including pregnant women.
Hope my feedback helps that pharmacist old lady to change her behavior towards other patients.
I had a very bad experience with her.

RukitoMikuTochi1 StarOne of the most Ghetto Pharmacies I've ever had to pleasure to interact with.
I've had about a full Team of staff, be completely disrespectful, smack their lips, ignore me, or just blatantly insult me.
This is besides having my Medication either not available, or at a completely different store, in another state when I've been able to get my medication previously without issue.
I'd call corporate in order to report this location, but even they don't give a Rat's behind about a Customer's experience, safety, etc.
I've been even given someone else's medication by accident because an employee claimed "I just got hired yesterday"
I'm already looking into a different pharmacy, as I called another CVS in a different county who was far more capable to work.
These people, don't want to work, they just want to sit around, act carefree, waste people's time, and get paid.
This has completely made me aware of how much I need to Avoid CVS.
Their prices are High, Customer support is non existent, the pharmacy is criminal, and everyone who is hired likely is taking some of the pills.
For my own sake, I'd rather get my medication from people, who don't act like college JoyBoys/PhatGirls that's besides the Ratchet employees who're more than likely going to instigate a fist fight.
When I was there last month, as of this review, their was a woman who got into someone's face, before being taken into the back.
Appalling, absolutely repulsive.Thursday 9th November 2023
