I got my prescription delivered but because no one was home they took it back to the store. They called to let me know. When I got off work I went to pick it up the technician behind the counter was very rude. First she couldn’t find my prescription then when she did they tried to charge me again. When I showed her on the app that it was already paid for she walked off stating that I had to pay again because it returned to the store. When I tried to show here again that it was taking out of my bank she ignored me. The manager that was there at the time was very nice she tried to give me some of the medication till tomorrow. I let her know I had been without my medication for three weeks and needed all of it. The First Lady that served me was still talk rudely to me. I ended up having to pay all over again. The manager told me that if the money isn’t back by tomorrow to give her a call.

Worst customer service ever! I went to have my daughter's prescription filled and despite how urgent I needed it they told me that it would be next day for COUGH SYRUP. I finally picked it up on my way home from work (it wasn't ready when I got there) made it home to give my daughter her medicine to realize that the seal was broken on the antibiotic that they gave her and the medicine had a pungent smell. It smelled rotten. I called them this morning at 9:10AM to speak to a pharmacist and the automated system gave me the option of leaving a voicemail or waiting on hold for 30 minutes.

Came to this CVS at about 10:45pm (Store closures at 11pm) on 2/16/2023. Doors were looked and I was rudely told by an employee”Emma” is the name she gave me… Black young lady with dread locs or twist in her hair….they were closed while several ppl walked around inside the store still shopping after My daughter and I stood there knocking on the door for about 5 min. Assuming these people that were shopping were friends of the employee because they held casual conversation while ignoring us for some time as we stood at the door knocking. They wouldn’t let us in even though it wasn’t 11pm. I also asked to make a return but she told me I needed to get to the store before 10:30pm because the cashier registers close by that time. I don’t understand that explanation when the store doesn’t close until 11pm. All the employees were locked inside the store with friends/customers they allowed to stay in the store along with them. It was so weird. Another employee yelled a couple of time through the glass “we’re closed” when it wasn’t 11pm. This location is very unprofessional. It’s unfortunate businesses are ran this way nowadays. Fortunately you’ll get better customer service on the other side of town at a Walgreens.

been going to this pharmacy for a little over a year and everyone here is very nice & friendly. however, ms.Michelle goes over above and beyond. in very little details, what she did for me today showed me that she really cares and for that i am grateful. thank you Michelle!

Came to this location around 3:40pm to pick up my prescription in the drive thru…. It was 3 cars in front of me & 1 car pulled off… It’s now 4:15p & the SAME CAR is at the window! Waiting 35mins in the drive thru is RIDICULOUS with only 2 cars ahead of me…It’s obvious her prescription wasn’t READY… So why did you allow her to hold the line up… It’s above 6 more cars behind me.
