I have spoken to management at this particular store about this issue once before. My issue is that when you enter the store, no one greets you and in my experiences no one is even up front. On two separate occasions I had to knock on the door of the office to get anyone to help or acknowledge me. On both occasions I was met with staff that seemed to be annoyed that I needed help. There was no apology for no one being available and I felt like I was bothering them. The first time is happened, an Indian woman came out of the office and was very annoyed. I needed help at self checkout and also had an order to pick up. I told her I needed help with self checkout and her response was “what’s the matter, you don’t know how to use it?” as she rolled her eyes. My daughter and I had been waiting for assistance for awhile at this point. I was hoping that someone would see us on the camera, but no one came, so I had to knock. I was told that she is a manager, which is disappointing. My interaction with her was so negative, I actually forgot about my online order. Yesterday, the same thing happened. I was there to pick up an online order and no one was up front. There isn’t a bell or any way to call for help. I had to knock on the office door again. A gentlemen came out and I asked him how do customers get help or signal for help when no one is out front. He simply stated “oh she must be in the bathroom.” I had already noticed my order behind the counter and simply needed someone to get it for me. It’s not a good feeling to spend money and be treated poorly or as if you’re a nuisance. For now, I’m going to shop elsewhere. There should always be someone to greet customers and also to assist if needed. There is a large elderly population in this area and my concern is mainly for them. Self-checkout is new to them and honestly it should be an OPTION and not the only way to checkout. If management treats customers badly, so will the staff.

First off I’m not the type to leave reviews but the experience at this pharmacy was so awful I legitimately feel the need to warn people about it. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Everyone is extremely rude. They mistakenly put a hold on my prescription and refused to do anything about it even after my doctor called them. Here’s the worst part: after I waited 5 days for them to fill it, they tell me they’re out of stock for the next 3 weeks and Instead of calling my prescription in to another location, they canceled it. It’s mind boggling how little these people could care.

They NEVER have my meds in stock. Ms. Mei I believe it is, takes pleasure in accosting her customers with unsolicited DANGEROUS medical advice to stop taking the medication my doctor prescribed. And every time I call up there to check on my prescription she always gets the field dates wrong so I have to call back and talk to someone else and sure enough, Ms. Mei struck again with her brilliance and supreme intellect. She usually works drive thru. BE AWARE.

This is the worst CVS we ever encountered in my life. I have to give minimum 1 star however, they didn’t even deserve that. Worst customer service and people with attitude including their pharmacist. No empathy. Yes we know there are short staffing but their attitude can be better. Instead of helping, they are talking like dictator. Definitely looking forward to switch other CVS over this one. And ask all my friends to so the same.

What once was a pleasant shopping and healthcare pharmacy has now delved into a derelict tour of neglect. I really feel sorry for the employees as they are working their butts off for this Wall Street retail conglomerate. I kindly ask.the following …..CVS Health and Pharmacy please discontinue and do America a favor. Either have a full service drive through or allow your competitors to flourish by shutting down completely. The sparse shelving of medical items is a reflection of your inability to keep up with the times. Can’t wait for my deliveries via drone chat GPT or whatever. Oh and by the way. Your coupons are worthless especially after you have marked everything up 30-40% more than the competitors. If only 7-11 could have a pharmacy in the rear, at least then I could munch on a veggie frankfurter for an hour while waiting on my lipid medication.
