Drive-thru takes ten minutes per car, and they put your meds back if you have difficulty planning for this hour-long outing within the first four days of your daily reminder calls. You’ll also have to come back again when you realize they only gave you two pills instead of a two-month refill. This CVS is literally two minutes from my house, but I basically have to plan my day around coming here.

Pharmacy closes at 6pm. I got there at 6:05. The staff and pharmacist was still there, yet they wouldn't give me my medicine that was ready for pickup. It's not like I had to place an order or everything was shut down. They were still working. Poor concern for patient care.

The worst pharmacy, if my insurance didn’t force me to use CVS, I would go elsewhere. There will be 3-4 employees “working” behind the counter, ignoring the line of customers waiting to pick up medicine and letting the phone ring and ring and ring without answering. Avoid at all costs.

Trying to get a prescription refilled. The App shows it is on hold and to call the pharmacy. When both my doctor and I try to call them we get a recording to leave a message then get disconnected. This has been going on for 2 days so far.

Caught myself thinking after years going here : if it is anything but picking up Rx and if it requires interaction with staff it will be stressful . If someone wants to do a “hidden camera” about absence of concept of “customer care” in retail this is a good location. Ask any question any staff member any time - the answer guaranteed to be inadequate . I actually went to another CVS not too far a way (Indian trail) and had a good experience. Go figure . Will avoid this one for any shopping
