Rob Jackson3 StarThis store has a number of issues. Theft is a big issue. They always have some sort of drama when I go in there regarding that or some other customer issues. This time I went to do a UPS drop-off and ended up having to come back for my package the next day because UPS wouldn't pick up my package. This was strange because I called UPS directly the night before, and they told me to take my package to this location. This situation was not totally CVS's fault because that falls on UPS. The store is just subpar in general, and that's why I gave it 3 stars. The pharmacy is actually good. Just use the drive-through.Wednesday 23rd October 2024
Shirlene Anderson1 StarWorse experience ever! I’ve been going to this CVS for over 15 years and never been treated as rude as I was today in the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager actually hung up on me on the phone when I went in to see them. Another young lady jumped in and started hollering about he didn’t hang up on me very rude loud unprofessional. She indicated I come there every Saturday and ask for prescriptions that they cannot locate on the first search. With a little persistence they end up finding the prescription. I would never go back to this location again. The manager Rodney was just as rude as the other woman who refused to give me name.Saturday 27th July 2024
Njeri X1 StarThis place is filthy!! It’s sickening to have to deal with “street” mentality employees who hate their jobs and don’t respect customers. The young girl at the front cash register openly complained about her job the entire time I was in the store. She never even acknowledged me as a customer.
I recently went through the drive-thru to pick up a prescription, and the pharmacy manager stood at the opened window and made phone calls to employees trying to secure pharmacy coverage for the day while taking to another employee. I waited at least five minutes before she acknowledged me. After that, she rang my worker’s comp. prescription up as regular insurance after I clearly explained that it was WC. Then she tells me that I will need to come back in one hour so they can reverse it.
Why are you Black people treating your own with such disrespect?? Would you have shown such incompetency and disrespect at a Buckhead CVS?
I transferred ALL of my prescriptions to another pharmacy!Monday 15th July 2024
Trang Nguyen1 StarThis pharmacy is awful. Both the technicians and pharmacist are rude. My doctor won’t send my prescriptions here anymore because we know they won’t do the bare minimum of, I don’t know, THEIR JOB. I live 5 minutes away and I’m driving to Midtown just so I can get my medicine. Don’t get your medicine sent here if you want to live.Wednesday 18th December 2024
Mercedes Luv1 StarBad customer service, they pretty much do not care about getting people their prescriptions. They stay ready for arguments with people that are much older then they are and have sassy mouthed knowing good and well people are there to get their meds. Alot of them switch up when the customers are white as well. They give much better service to and are less argumentative with white customers at this location. Why is this??? Honestly I don't argue with people but the unnecessary comments and sass is not professional. Not for licensed trained pharmacists.Wednesday 12th June 2024
