Convenient location and it’s nice that’s it’s 24/7. However, it’s always understaffed so good luck if you need an item unlocked. It’s a CVS too so expect to pay egregious prices on many things. Parking is fine, but I have seen people get booted because they decide to leave the shopping complex and go elsewhere so don’t do that.

I have been a loyal customer since 1991, for a good reason: I love what CVS offers, and how they expand the scope of services, products, and use technology to improve customer service. They constantly modify and change service delivery for the best.❤️❤️

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting my medications filled at. The pharmacy staff does not advise you on new medications, and no one answers the phone during operating hours. You can leave a detailed voicemail requesting a callback, and no one will call you back. I walked in to pick up my medication 1 min before closing and asked for help. The pharmacist rolled her eyes at me. She refused to offer any assistance. Get your medications filled elsewhere and don’t waste your time here. I’ve never had a worse experience with a pharmacy.

Everytime l go to the Pharmacy at CVS at Emory Village, they are always nice, professional and polite. It is a very busy CVS and all of the Pharmacy staff are ALWAYS nice even when a unreasonable person comes to the counter ( l witnessed this myself). The pharmacist and staff always maintain professionalism and are always willing to help. Thank you CVS

Do not shop here, stopped inside to grab something quick after my purchase ran across the street to grab a coffee. Come back to find a boot on my car. Not only is this one of the worst CVS I’ve seen here in Atlanta. They also use a predatory parking enforcement agency Empire street parking . They do not comply by any of the laws and regulations and try to bully and intimidate their customers into paying their bullshit fines.
