This is the worst store CVS has I was trying to shop and this guy continued to follow me as I paid for my stuff he followed me out and said “did u take something” I said no stupid I was getting away from him. But I’m calling the police now because u falsely accused me of taking something, I began to take pic and he started running. But I got it anyway. I will never ever shop there again, and this guy should be fired, he’s creepy anyway.

There is not cent in circulation that I will ever give this store again, and the store can thank the manager of the pharmacy. She is utterly, completely, helplessly, and demonstrably unprofessional. My wife needed to refill a prescription before flying out of town. The store was out of stock, but communicated to her that her order was ready for pick up. When we got there and discovered that was a lie, they sent the prescription to another store after I told them we don't have time to pick it up anymore. Their neglegence, ineptitude and absence of good sense cause us to run out of time to pick up the prescription before the flight. As a workaround, we wanted to get it filled in LA. When I asked Ponce store for help connecting with the LA store, I had the displeasure of speaking with the manager. It became clear why the store is as inept as it is. It became clear why sense is in short supply. Attitude reflects leadership and good lord does that ring true to high heaven at this location. I was met with immediate attitude, flippant dismissals and attempts to get off the phone by any means. I've received more warmth, compassion and help from foes than I did from her. It warms my heart to see 2.9 stars on this store already. It will warm it even more to know that my review will bring it closer to 2.8. I wish I had seen it sooner. I'll have to own that. But this store will never see a dollar out of my household again. And this pharmacist will have to own that.

The Saturday hours for the pharmacy are 10-6. I came in on a Saturday at 11am immediately after I got a text that my prescription was ready. The pharmacy was still closed. I was told by other employees that the pharmacist had not shown up yet. It is almost 11:30 and I am still sitting here waiting. As a type 1 diabetic who was coming to get their insulin prescription, this is COMPLETELY unacceptable as there are times (like mine) when people need their medication ASAP. If your hours are 10-6… that means 10-6. While I was waiting, there were even people that came in for pre-booked vaccine appointments! Again, totally unacceptable.

Just got denied to have a nebulizer filled at 6:21 pm on 10/24 because the girl at the drop off counter was “grabbing her trash and walking out the door”. She refused to ask the two other staff members, both a pharmacist and another tech, for help because “they were too busy doing vaccines and working the drive through.” The pharmacist also told us it wouldn’t be filled until tomorrow. I was having an acute asthma exacerbation and was obviously having trouble breathing. I was hospitalized for this earlier in the day, which is how I got the prescription for the nebulizer. We told them this. Response was “we don’t have time, can you go to the other pharmacy down the road?” The pharmacy didn’t close for 40 minutes. The other pharmacy doesn’t have it but at least they were nice enough to look and order it for us. I worked as a pharm tech at cvs for 3 years. It should’ve taken less than 5 minutes to fill a nebulizer for someone struggling to breathe. To be unwilling to even look and see if you have one when someone is telling you they need it is appalling. I am absolutely shocked and horrified at how poorly they treated us. As someone who works in healthcare currently and who worked at cvs pharmacy for several years, I genuinely cannot imagine being unwilling to take 5 minutes to help someone who was standing in front of me having trouble breathing. Why even work in healthcare at that point?
