Unreliable : Unfriendly : Disorganized : Late -- These are the attributes that come to mind for N. Highland CVS Pharmacy 4604 over the past couple years. Prior to that, it was a wonderful, friendly, dependable pharmacy. But after what seems like a complete staff change, this store is the pits. Long lines, delays, and rude people. I don't want to go to _any_ CVS now bc of N Highland's. Am very happy now after switching to a grocery store pharmacy.

I dropped off a prescription around 8 AM and was told it would be ready by 7 PM. When I arrived at 7 PM, I was informed it would take an additional 15 minutes. No problem—waiting a bit longer is understandable. However, after 15 minutes, I was told by Trudy W. with an exaggerated tone, “Ooh, that will take a minute.” When I politely asked for an updated estimate, she rudely replied, “Like I said, you can sit and wait or come back tomorrow.” This lack of professionalism and inability to provide clear communication or basic respect is unacceptable. Providing accurate service times and treating customers courteously shouldn’t be too much to ask. If you dislike your job, Trudy, perhaps it’s time to consider a career change. I certainly won’t be returning.

My wife went to CVS and was to use a good rx coupon and pay 310 for a script.. As it was rejected by insurance.. The pharmacist thinking he was doing a good thing routed us to minute clinic.. The script was not rejected there. Later we were billed about 700 dollars. I called and told them to do the right think. They did not.. Instead they billed the card for 458 .. Turns out the insurance amt payment that they did not process correctly should have been 343. They did wrong I gave them a chance to do right and make still a lot of money, but they did not!

Never going here again, returning to my local independent pharmacy. Closing for lunch because you prefer to overwork your pharmacy staff and not provide scheduling overlap is pure greed. Put more than one pharmacist on staff, let your people take proper breaks, and let time strapped customers get what they came for. Not to mention the multiple times staff at this location refused to give my partner their medication. Humans need medicine, you are a health care company, it’s shameful the lack of self-respect CVS has for the service they provide. Do better.

I enjoyed this CVS pharmacy for years, but have had atrocious experiences lately. Leaving a voicemail to the pharmacy wouldn't be so bad if they ever called you back. The CVS app isn't much more help. One female pharmacist is beyond rude. She needlessly hostile, argumentative, and condescending. I am just politely asking a yes or no question and I get her ranting instead. Her attitude is vile but the real issue is her lying to my face multiple times. I could understand sometimes estimates can't be fulfilled or deliveries don't come in. This is different. She said a prescription that was sent from the doctor's office would be ready before they close. When I show up 4 hours later, she said there was no prescription they could even start to fill. She lied to me, and denied what she told me 4 hours earlier. Her attitude smells of incompetence and "come back in when someone else is working". This isn't being wrong about an estimate. This is lying with malice. I'll likely just go to a farther CVS, which have great customer service.
