Vik5 StarThis CVS has gotten much better in the last 2 years. It seems like yhey finally got adequate staffing. The employees in the pharmacy were always nice they just needed more help because they are so busy. Love this location. Donnie Hanner5 StarThe CVS in Forest Park has the best pharmacy anywhere around always on top of their game and so very friendly when they say my prescription is going to be ready it's always ready on time and that's saying a lot I don't have the time to be coming back and forth trying to get a prescription filled. Overall the whole store is always clean and everything is stocked it's like a One-Stop store put the pharmacy is what really puts this door and a A1 rating. Yes Danielle and Ella both are the most professional people I've ever seen always so friendly and understanding about any situation you have. My girlfriend had stomach cancer every time I walk into the pharmacy they All would ask how she doing and keeping up with her on how she was progressing. She passed away 2 months ago so every time I walk into the store they all check on me to make sure I'm doing okay which that says a lot because they're all so caring about their customers I never seen nothing like it.Friday 5th July 2024

She was very professional, patient and kind while addressing my issue. Customer service at its finest. Kenya Galloway1 StarThis pharmacy customer service is very rude, called from a physician office and every time I try to verbally call in a prescription they but you on hold for almost an hour saying the physician is giving injections at the time and you can leave a voicemail or hold if you may. Of course I tried the voicemail prescribing option first, but they keeping telling the patient it was not called in. Now I'm still on hold trying to verbally talk to someone. As a healthcare professional this is unacceptable. Please someone work on this and have someone with better customer service to help or be knowledgeable of taking verbal prescriptions for patients we are busy as well but patients care comes first!Thursday 9th May 2024
