Simon Brewer1 StarI had a bad experience at this location at their pharmacy because they couldn’t fill my prescription For my insulin and they sent me to a store that didn’t have my insulin so I wasted a trip there to find out they don’t even have it then I headed Too this location to tell the pharmacist that she could have call that store before she sent me there. She said that wasn’t her job and what do she wants me to do about filling a prescription they both then proceeded to tell me that’s not their job. That’s my job to find insulin which I have been waiting for since October 15 when I first sent my prescription to this store so it went downhill from there. I only got one prescription filled at the store and then I called my insurance company to ask could I move my prescription to another store , I feel like they really didn’t care about getting my prescription filled and they didn’t understand my frustration because I was running out of my Insulin and they couldn’t tell me when I was going to get anymore so once again I move my prescription to another pharmacySunday 17th November 2024

Haley Krech1 StarAbsolutely terrible customer service. There is only one lady, I think her name is Lisa, that knows what she is doing and has always been helpful. The other people in there are rude and incompetent. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line just to be told to come in and wait in another long line. There has also been several times that they said my prescriptions would be ready the next day but then canceled them and never called to notify me. Thankfully, I was able to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere and I won’t have to deal with them anymore.Thursday 14th September 2023
Chris Steve Harrelson5 StarWhen I went in to pick up the prescription, the pharmacist was helpful and attentive. Since there was no line, I asked for a COVID booster. He checked my record, (saying that they really didn’t get many requests for COVID boosters), found that I was eligible, gave me the (almost) painless booster, and sent me on my way. It was quick! Dale Willis1 StarThis is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with if you walk in with a perception that you need it takes hours to get it filled, forget it if a Dr office calls in your perception it can take days. I don’t know how they stay in business my dad is 81 he can’t wait hours much less days for medication. We have had more than enough of their non customer service and will no longer require their services.Wednesday 30th October 2019
