After researching every Korean skincare place in this area, I've picked this place. About a month ago, I stepped in without an appointment to ask some questions, but they were very welcoming and friendly to answer all my questions. I felt comfortable with their staff, professionalism, and clean environment, so I started the premium package (including laser and other treatments). I feel confident they are the best in the town because even though I just had two treatments, I already see the great results on my skin, and I feel so comfortable every time I visit this place because of their great staff. I was recommended by a few friends of mine to try out treatments to resolve some of my acne scars and sun spots. I had noticed improvements in their scars and spots and so I decided to try it out. This was my first experience at a medi spa and I was a bit intimidated prior to going. But I’m so glad that I did! They have a very friendly staff and provided a great overall experience! The ladies who worked on me were very kind and sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I also brought my boyfriend with me and he brought his mom. We will all continue to come back!

Referred my husband to this clinic! All the ladies at work here are so kind and very helpful. They explained the services that we would need in great detail even post care! They offer a lot of great services a good bit of different types of laser treatments catered to the customers needs, Skincare lines, Botox, and fillers. We live about 3.5 hours away, so the drive is definitely worth it. There aren’t any skin clinics like this one where we live. We are so very lucky to have found this place. Can’t wait to go back again.

As a guy, it was pretty intimidating to come to a med spa. I honestly don't know what to expect. My acne scars have been bothering me for years. I figure, I'm 34 years old, I should start doing something about them. The people who work here are very welcoming and hospitable. After talking to them, all my worries left the building. After two treatments, I was already seeing results. My scars are still there but they are less noticeable. My cheeks feel smoother. I just finished my third laser treatment this afternoon, and sure, I'm looking a little rough after being lasered, but I'm really optimistic. The ladies who do the facial, laser prep and immediate post-care are sensational. They are very meticulous and spends a lot of time on your face. They also give you a head and an upper body massage. I've never been pampered this good in my life. I don't feel like I'm just a number in this clinic. They put so much care in the two hours I spend there every session. I highly recommend this place.

I hate to write a negative review, but I have to tell my true experience. As they promised that my dark spots would improve, I decided to purchase the VIP package for $1,500 and $492 for the Eminence organic skincare products, which last for 5 months. They recommended using the organic products during the 10 treatment sessions. Therefore, I purchased another full set of the same products directly from the company. Before the toning lasers, I always told her to concentrate on the dark spots with a low setting. However, during the last session #10, she set the temperature and laser too high, targeting the side of my both eyes, lower cheeks, and unnecessary parts of my face. Unfortunately, my face looks awful and atrocious. I believe they tried to convince me to sign up for the ultra package of $2000 for 6 treatments, but I refused. That's why she wanted to damage my skin so that I would buy the ultra package. She completely damaged my face and made it worse. My dark spots are GETTING DARKER & BIGGER and spreading up to my eyes and across my whole face. Prior to their treatments, I only needed concealer to cover up my spots. Now, even with concealer and double wear makeup from Estée Lauder you can still clearly see the dark spots. ( I have before & after pictures ) I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone to this office. I followed all their instructions and don't see any positive results. The only positive aspect of this treatment was that I liked the facial ladies who did a good job, so I tipped them $20 per session. * However, it was outweighed by the negative experience.
