I needed a prescription filled for my youngest son that had been suffering for 3 days with upper respiratory and fue like symptoms. When I got off work I rushed to the Walgreen, but the one near me changed hours and closes early. I searched for the nearest walgreen that was open and the location on milstead was the only one but closed in 24 minutes. I called and to my surprise, the actual pharmacist, Dr. Melissa G, picked the phone and took my message and filled my son's prescription that were 3 medications. She was polite, professional, and very nice. The only thing she said was that I had to make to the store before they closed! I did and thank you Dr. Melissa !

5/13 Called to check on a banner order and was placed on hold 5 different times and spoke with three different people. The pick up time was 2:50pm and it’s 4:22pm and they are just now checking for paper. This is ridiculous and I’m still on hold!!!! Staff here is very unorganized and unprofessional answering the phone I had to make sure I called the right place. The last person to get on the phone was Tracy very rude and nasty!!!

This Walgreens sucks. The pharmacy is sooooo slow. I've been waiting 40 minutes in line to get a simple script that was called in and is ready. My info is in their system. There is no good reason it is taking this long.

Would not recommend trying to get a passport photo here. They were dishonest about the requirements for a passport photo and it seemed like it was just because they did not want to help me. Not only were they dishonest, they were rude in the way they addressed me. I understand that things are difficult these days but there’s really no need to be unkind. I went over to CVS and got my photo taken no issues. I’m not really one to write mean reviews but the way they treated me was honestly hurtful. Try to be kinder please. Even if it means you have to stop talking to your coworker for a second. Thanks.

Sad this place is getting worse and worse. Pharmacy can't tell time. They lie to customers saying their prescription will be ready in 30-45 minutes. Hour plus later they haven't cared to start filling it. Then they say 15 minutes. Another hour after that they still haven't started. Maybe someday they will get back to being honest with their customers. Especially when it comes to medication
