They have great service for the pharmacy and the Piedmont minute clinic. The prices are very reasonable and the nurse practitioner is very kind and knowledgeable. They also are fully stocked in grocery products and snacks. This Walgreen locate is great for quick medical trips or groceries.

I’m only leaving a review for the employee named JoJo. I live down the street so I go here often and it’s always so dead in there. Like nobody seems to even want to be bothered by any customers that walk in. But when JoJo is there she makes sure nobody is waiting all day in line, she takes the initiative to handle situations that come up and she’s always so friendly. Just want to give her 5 stars for excellent customer service that is so rare to find now a days. Thanks you!

I arrived at 2:50pm for my 3:00pm appointment. I went over to the Quick Care Clinic sign-in screen. After trying to sign in, I was not able to sign in. There was a lady who came out and stated that I needed to be in the Covid-19 Vaccine line, even though I was getting a Flu Vaccine. After waiting at the desk for a while, no one was in front of me. A very unfriendly young man asked if he could help me. By this time it was 3:20pm, the young man asked me to fill out the form and I returned the form and said someone would be with me soon. I waited another ten minutes and then I called the Quick Care Clinic line. The lady on the phone, put in an urgent call for someone to see me. While I was in the room getting my vaccine, I asked to speak with a manager about my wait.The nurse administering my vaccine was very nice. She apologized and said she would get someone to speak with me. Dr. Williams came out, she was not nice. She seemed to come out to put me in my place. She pointed to the Covid-19 Vaccine line as if I was supposed to know that was the line for the Flu Vaccine as well. Dr. Williams stated that Piedmont has nothing to do with Walgreens and that I should have known the difference. I stated I don’t work here, how would I know that? I asked her name and then she walked away from me. The manager, JoJo, came to speak to me, JoJo was very nice. Dr. Williams needs to go to customer service training. All I asked for was an apology. I am a manager of a public library. When things don’t go to our patrons expectations, I apologize and try to make it right. Dr. Williams owes me an apology.

The medical facility that is there that is sponsored by Piedmont is the best I've been to in the city The staff always get you in and out The service is excellent and the staff really and truly cares about their patients I would suggest this facility to anyone Thank you.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I placed an online order on 4/17/22 but could not pick up the same day due to a personal matter. I called the store on 4/18/22 to inform them that I would be picking items up on 4/19. On 4/19 I picked items up and left them in my car in my garage overnight. I went to get them this morning. When taking them out of the bag and checking each item, it was discovered that one bottle of vitamins was missing the safety seal. I was livid since the vitamins cost $19.98!!! I contacted customer service and left a message. Not sure if they will get back to me or not. I have not yet been contacted. I planned to contact the store but am wondering if it is worth it after reading some of the other reviews. Will update if anything changes. One thing is clear, I will not be shopping or ordering from this location again. UPDATE (5/2/22): Was contacted by email by their customer relations team on 4/21/22 at 9:22 AM apologizing for any issues and stating that the issue has been forwarded to the actual store for further review and "A member of management will reach out to you personally within two business days". Walgreens customer relations then sent another mail the same day at 12:10 PM apologizing for any inconvenience and asked for additional information (CR Product; UPC Confirm; Exp. Date; Lot Code and UDI if Applicable. I sent them the information and have yet to hear back from customer relations which also includes never hearing back from a member of the management team at the store. Finally, I still have yet to receive a refund. I still have to leave one star (I could not give them Zero stars).
