Catherine Ivy5 StarI had a nice experience with Joshua today at this Walgreens. I picked up two items that were less expensive with a coupon. Since I'm not proficient with using store apps I told Joshua I'd go ahead and check out without the coupon. He said he'd help me and spent the next few minutes downloading and then teaching me how to use the app for coupons in the future. He was the most patient tech teacher I've experienced in quite a while.Saturday 20th July 2024
Amelia Jackson1 StarI wouldn’t even give this particular store one star. Today was the absolute worse experience I have had at any Walgreen’s establishment. The employees are very unprofessional. The store is very unorganized. There is one male employee that took to a complaint I had then proceeded to tell me to go to another Walgreens if I’m not happy with the service. I told them both, I have paid property taxes in this community for well over 10 years. I shouldn’t be directed to go to another Walgreens for proper customer service , if this one is in my community. He wouldn’t give me his name, told me his name isn’t my Buisness. I have called corporate to report this employee and the poor, unprofessional interactions I had with the employees. I ordered a photo book 2 weeks ago, needed it prepared for a family members birthday surprise. I was told they didn’t have anyone in the photo area to do any orders, that’s why I didn’t receive a call, text or email. I am looking to have the fee refunded because if the terrible treatment I have experienced. If anyone choose to patronize with this particular Walgreens, shop with caution. Be careful not to trip or fall over un-stocked and improper placement of shipment of products. Deitra Simpson1 StarIt is Saturday September 7th 2024. I called the walgreens on Wesley Chapel and candler rd. I was on hold for Wesley Chapel fir a very long time before a recording came on and said something and then hung up. I am on hold right now with the one on candler rd, a lady picked up, did not state her name, I told her why I was calling, but she cut me off and said let me put you on a brief hold and that was 30 minutes plus ago and I am still on hold at this very moment. It is currently 12:20pm on 9-7-2024Saturday 7th September 2024
Lasha Davis1 StarI called Friday May 3 at 6:30 to find out if my inhaler was ready for pickup I was told they didn't have anything. I called my doctor back and asked if she could call it in at Walgreens Peachtree Corners within the hour the prescription was on my profile in the Walgreens app with an estimated time of 8:32. Candler Walgreens close at 8. I started driving to Peachtree Corners while headed there I received a call my prescription was ready at 7:45. The staff was professional and polite. Saturday morning May 4 I get a call to say there's a delay with my prescription due to insurance. Question how is it the prescription was not called in now the next day you're trying to fill. If you need your prescription same day take the staff advice and go to another Walgreens where they care about customers. Best advice I can give setup some customer service workshops for your staff!Saturday 4th May 2024
Danielle J. Bowman1 StarOrdered photos today and was given 4:25pm for pick up. I arrived in time and my order wasn't ready yet. They were backed up, but the guy at the photo counter was working on it while I waited. After waiting almost 30 minutes, another employee, Byron, walked over and instead of really helping to get my order ready, he told the other guy to do all the other orders first and he turned to me and told me it would be at least another 30 min for me... The customer standing right in front of him. There were no other photo customers. Just me. So I had to make 2 separate trips. If I were Byron, I would have helped the other employee to get the order done for the customer currently waiting and then jump on the rest. Poor customer service.Sunday 21st January 2024
