Greg was awefully nice for letting me use his rewards number during my trip to Walgreens to replenish my vitamins stash. I had about 3 different transactions of which it would have been a bummer to have had to put them all back. But thanks to his kindness, I didn’t have to and he didn’t mind my sometimes slow behind having to ask him to repeat it 3 different times for each transaction! Awesome associate !

I'll keep this concise, but it is difficult considering the laughable number of issues the past few days. Generally, this is an understaffed Walgreens with far too long wait times. Whatever. The job gets done, and that's all we want, right? (Long story short: if you don't like long wait times or competent printing, this is NOT the location for you) Well, I made the mistake of printing important documents from Walgreens. I printed four double-sided, three-hole-punched documents. The original package came on time, and I noticed about 60 pages missing. I went online and kindly asked for it to be reprinted. I was told it was reordered, but it was not. After speaking with another representative, it was finally reordered. I decided that evening that I would prefer the remaining pages sooner since it was study material for the bar exam. So, I figured I'd pay the cost of reprinting the missing pages and finding a way to pick them up. When I went to pick it up, as instructed, the employees could not figure out how to plug in the printer. I shrugged it off because I knew the documents were coming in the mail. I was optimistic until I just opened the pa kage. I first raised an eyebrow because it was in the wrong packaging, but I figured there weren't enough boxes. After seeing the contents, it's safe to assume I need to spell out the errors: 1) Only some pages are hole-punched 2) Of the hole-punched pages, a fraction are hole-punched halfway off the page 3) It is spiral bound (not what I ordered) 4) The documents are incorrectly bound (one had two bindings) 5) The bindings are on the wrong side 6) There are cover pages (again, not what I ordered) 7) Many pages are missing (including some that were included in the first order) 8) Finally (and my personal favorite) are the loose pages thrown about the box. Even disregarding my order's specifications, no reasonable person would seriously think that this was an acceptable document to send. Ask yourself, would that level of incompetency and heedlessness make you, as an employer or employee, proud? I simply want to know (a) why aren't employees being adequately trained to use the equipment and (b) who in their right mind would look at a clearly incorrect, falling apart order and think, "Let's go mail this to a customer!" I hope Walgreens' reorganization in its chapter 11 bankruptcy does not require any printed documents.

The pharmacist is always so very helpful. They helped us with difficult to coordinate prescriptions over the years with patients and competency. While wait times is very depending on how busy they are. They are always polite and helpful.

They have nastiest dirtiest chairs in the pharmacy waiting areas I have ever seen. Unacceptable. Do better Walgreens.

Lunch should be split. Everyone taking lunch at once is ridiculous! No other business, doctors office, or pharmacy I'm aware of allowed all their employees to take lunch at once! It causes customers delays in time, and medications. Sending 1 or 2 at a time is how it should be handled. Especially since this location closes so early! So how are your patients suppose to come on their lunch breaks, and not waist 30 minutes waiting on them to return. As far as the staff is concerned, pharmacy has an amazing staff. It's just unreal how Walgreens continue to shut down during business hours so 1 or 2 more people can all go to lunch at once! Make it horrible on their customers.
